• Product Variations: Our products, ranging from home decorations to knives, are handmade forged steel items. Due to the handcrafted nature of blacksmithing and forging, each item is unique. Slight variations in size, finish, hammer marks, and overall appearance are normal, expected, and do not constitute a defect.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
• Safe Use: Our forged items are intended for their standard, designated uses. Fritz's Forge is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the misuse, modification, or improper handling of our products (particularly knives and edged tools).

4. Payments and Billing

All transactions are processed securely as one-time payments. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and you authorize us (through our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Shipping, Customs, and Import Taxes

We ship globally. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are strictly responsible for any customs and import taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to international shipments.
• Delays: Fritz's Forge is not responsible for any shipping delays, including those caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or natural disasters.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your handcrafted items, and we adhere to the following policies regarding order modifications:

• Cancellations: We accept order cancellations if requested within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
• Returns and Exchanges: We gladly accept returns and exchanges. You must contact us and dispatch the item back to us within 14 days of delivery.
• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is fully responsible for all return postage costs.
• Condition of Returned Items: If the item is not returned in its original, unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the refund.

7. User-Generated Content (Reviews and Images)

Our Site may allow you to post reviews, comments, and photos of your purchased items.

• License: By posting content on our Site, you grant Fritz's Forge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our business operations and marketing.
